OP was established with a single purpose in mind, to create a home for our community in Eretz Israel.

As community members ourselves, we understand the value of having a second home in Israel, but more importantly we understand the standards, needs and requirements of our fellow community members.

After launching the OP AlHaYam Project (Ir Yamim), we saw an increased interest in Residential Real Estate in Jerusalem so we’ve decided to join forces with JTLV, A leading Israeli Real Estate Group to provide our community an attractive, tailor made project in the best location in Jerusalem.

The driving force behind all our efforts is the belief that there is no better place for the Jewish people than Eretz Israel. We are your friends and neighbors, fellow community members, and proud OP homeowners. The OP team is based in both New York and Israel.
